This page allows you to register to the SIAN as a Qualified User.
Italian Citizens can authenticate and register to SIAN using Carta nazionale dei Servizi (CNS), Sistema publico di identità digitale (SPID) or Carta di identità elettronica (CIE).
Foreign citizens, currently not in possession of or incapable of getting SPID credentials or CIE/CNS certificates can login with one of the following ways:
Currently eIDAS can not be used for technical reasons. If you are a foreign citizen you have to use "Create a new account button".
For foreign citizens coming from non EIDAS countries and currently not in possession of an EIDAS identity
